Our in-house design team develops jewelry concepts based on market demand, trend awareness, and timeless design principles. Once designs are approved, our prototyping team uses a combination of modern tools and traditional methods to create molds and production-ready samples.

Raw materials are sourced only from trusted and approved suppliers. Components are tested in-house using XRF analysis and AQL-based sampling methods to help ensure that only safe and compliant materials enter production.

For many designs, we use lost wax casting to transform approved prototypes into production molds. Molten 925 sterling silver is poured into plaster molds, allowing us to produce detailed shapes that are later trimmed and prepared for finishing.

Stamping is used for selected lightweight, detailed jewelry designs where efficient, high-volume production is important. It allows us to produce consistent shapes at scale while keeping designs clean and precise.

After pieces are removed from molds, filing is used to smooth surfaces and remove unwanted marks or abrasions. This stage helps prepare each item for clean finishing and further detail work.

We use a range of tumbling and finishing methods to refine the metal surface and create a smooth, bright base before the next stages of production. This helps ensure a clean and attractive final appearance.

Stone setting is carried out by experienced team members who place gems by hand for a more precise finish. This allows us to work carefully with both larger stones and very small settings across a wide variety of jewelry designs.

Each piece is hand-polished to achieve a high-shine finish and to highlight the details of the metalwork. This stage also gives our team an early chance to identify faults before the product moves forward.

Where required, jewelry is plated to enhance appearance, color, and durability. We also offer e-coating to help improve tarnish resistance by adding an extra protective lacquer layer over the surface. For more details, see about our products.

At the embellishing stage, additional decorative elements such as epoxy, pearls, crystals, or other design components are added where required. This step helps bring the final style to life and ensures each piece matches the intended design specification.
