How to add an order via CSV

Explore how to use our CSV order upload function, and create a new order! Below you will find the steps on how to upgrade:

1. Go to your shopping cart and click “Create order via CSV upload”.

2. Download the CSV template file.

3. Download the file legend.

4. In the CSV template file do enter Product ID, Option Name/ID (if applicable), Quantity and Upgrade Butterfly Backs (if applicable). (DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP ROW OF THE TEMPLATE FILE).

5. Save the file as CSV. (Comma delimited).

6. Select “Replace” if you want to have your current shopping cart get replaced by the items listed in the CSV file or select “Merge” if you want to combine your current shopping cart with the items listed in the CSV file.

7. Click “Choose file” to select the CSV file you wish to upload.

8. Click “Create order” button to have your shopping cart updated accordingly.

9. See the CSV import status and choose to import another file or to open your shopping cart.
