Q. Do you also accept custom made jewelry designs?A. Yes, we would consider making your own jewelry designs. The minimum order per your own model is between 100 to 500Pcs / Pairs and mold charge is about $50 to $200 depend on the complexity of design. Please contact us with full details to obtain more information.

Q. How can I specify the Ring Sizes for an order that I place online?A. The sizes and quantities available in stock for each ring can be viewed on the individual product page of each of the ring design. Rings that do not show sizes are free size, one size fits all. We refer and apply the following international standard ring sizes, so you can always check the exact size that you need. the size of the rings in our site is the USA size.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?A. All items shown on our website are in stock and will ship within 24 to 48 hours from the payment day.
As soon as your order is shipped we will email you the airway bill number so you can start to track your shipment online. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc usually takes between 3 to 5 days for delivery. Q. What is E-coating?A. E-coating, also known as electro-coating or electro deposition, is a method that uses electrical current to coat a metal surface with an organic lacquer, covering every nook and cranny on the jewelry with an even and consistent protective coat. This coat protects the sterling silver used to create the jewelry. E-coated jewelry isn't as shiny as rhodium plated pieces and has a warmer tone in color, but it lets the natural beauty of the sterling silver come through without fear of damage.

Q. What is your minimum order required?A. There is NO minimum order. You can start with any quantity you want (even one piece per design).

Q. Why your shipping cost start from minimum of 40$ ?A. We calculate each order as minimum of 1KG of goods, which is usually between 200$ to 700$ value of items. Our website was built mainly for reseller and wholesale customers who usually order items that reach to at least 1KG per order.
even though we don't have any minimum order require on items in our website, we still prefer to limit any orders of 1 or 2 items per order and this our way to do so.
